Order

At StiloShoes, we offer free customization for your shoes, including the addition of your name and date. We do not dye shoes in colors other than white; instead, we produce them using colored materials with original inventory colors. Our handcrafted shoes feature special touches, such as glitter and printed writing on some styles, while others incorporate these customizations onto the shoe laces. All customizations are free; simply add your preferences in the personalization section. The jewelry letters and numbers can be easily removed from the shoes. For any personalizations or changes to your order, we are eager to assist and design together with you. We kindly ask that you read the product description before placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it. Here’s what you need to do:

(Shoes produce outside the picture, in different colors, in different heights, or with permanent prints cannot be returned or exchanged.)

1. Contact us via the ETSY message section to inform us of your return/exchange request. We will provide you with the return address. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For exchanges, we will only charge the shipping cost for sending your new product.

2. Alternatively, to save you the trouble of sending the original product back, we can send the second product you want from our list of options via DHL express, with only the shipping fee applied.
